👋 Hi my name is Scott Hsu. I’m a video game music composer, sound designer, and a life long gamer.

I’m a multi-instrumentalist that plays piano, synths, guitars, drums, electronic wind instruments, Chinese erhu, etc.

80’s and 90’s era video game music was the soundtrack of my childhood and a major source of  inspiration. I make expressive and emotional compositions that enhance the feeling of the game experience. Musical influences include Koji Kondo (Super Mario Bros, Legend of Zelda), Nobou Uematsu (Final Fantasy) and Darren Korb (Bastion, Transistor).
